We only process personal data of our users if this is necessary to provide a functional website as well as content and services. In the processing of personal data required for the performance of a contract to which the data subject is a party, Art. 6 para. 1 lit. b DSGVO serves as the legal basis. This also applies to processing operations that are necessary to carry out pre-contractual measures.

Insofar as the processing of personal data is required to fulfil a legal obligation to which our company is subject, Art. 6 para. 1 lit. c DSGVO serves as the legal basis.

In the event that the vital interests of the concerned subject or another natural person require the processing of personal data, Article 6 para. 1 lit. d DSGVO serves as the legal basis.

If processing is necessary to safeguard a legitimate interest of our company or a third party and if the interests, fundamental rights and freedoms of the data subject do not outweigh the first-mentioned interest, Art. 6 para. 1 lit. f DSGVO serves as the legal basis for processing.

3. Data Erasure and Storage Time

The personal data of the person concerned will be deleted or blocked as soon as the purpose of storage does no longer apply. Furthermore, data may be stored if this has been provided for by the European or national legislator in EU regulations, laws or other provisions to which the person responsible is subject. The data will also be blocked or deleted if a storage period prescribed by the aforementioned standards expires, unless there is a need for further data storage for the conclusion or fulfilment of a contract.

III. Provision of the Website and Creation Of Log Files

1. Description and Scope of Data Processing

Every time you visit our website, our system automatically collects data and information from the computer system of the calling computer. The following data is collected:

  • information about the browser type and version used
  • the user’s operating system
  • the user’s Internet service provider
  • the IP address of the user
  • date and time of access

The data is also stored in the log files of our system.

Not affected by this are the IP addresses of the user or other data that enable the assignment of the data to a user. This data is not stored together with other personal data of the user.

2. Legal Basis for Data Processing

The legal basis for the temporary storage of data is Art. 6 para. 1 lit. f DSGVO.

3. Purpose of Data Processing

The data serves to optimize the website and to ensure the security of the information technology systems. For this the IP address of the user must remain stored for the duration of the session. An evaluation of the data for marketing purposes does not take place in this context.

Our legitimate interest in data processing pursuant to Art. 6 para. 1 lit. f DSGVO also lies in these purposes.

4. Duration of Storage

The data will be deleted as soon as they are no longer necessary to achieve the purpose for which they were collected. In the case of data collection for the provision of the website, this is the case when the respective session has ended.

5. Opt out and Elimination

The data collection for the provision of the website and the data storage in log files is absolutely necessary for the operation of the website. Consequently, there is no possibility of objection on the part of the user.

 

 

IV. Registration / Registration for Events via Contact Form

1. Description and Scope of Data Processing

On our website, we offer users the opportunity to register for events, for example, by entering personal data. The data is entered into an input mask,transmitted to us and saved. The data will not be passed on to third parties. The following data is collected during the registration process:

  • E-mail address

In the course of the registration process, the user’s consent to the processing of this data is obtained.

The legal basis for the processing of data is Art. 6 para. 1 lit. a DSGVO if the user has given his / her consent.

If registration serves the fulfilment of a contract to which the user is a party or the implementation of pre-contractual measures, the additional legal basis for the processing of the data is Art. 6 para. 1 lit. b DSGVO.

3. Purpose of Data Processing

Providing voluntary data enables us to plan and carry out the event in line with your interests and the industry. In addition, further information about the events for which the user has registered, such as changes, can be communicated in this way.

4. Duration of Storage

The data will be deleted as soon as they are no longer necessary to achieve the purpose for which they were collected.

An exception exists only if we are obligated to a longer storage due to legal storage and documentation obligations (above all § 147 AO) according to article 6 para. 1 S. 1 lit. c DSGVO or if you have agreed to a storage beyond that according to article 6 para. 1 S. 1 lit. a DSGVO. In the case of longer storage, the data will only be processed to the extent that this is required by a storage obligation or your consent determines this. Otherwise, the data will be blocked for further processing.

As a user you have the possibility to cancel the registration at any time. You can change the data stored about you at any time.

V. Contact Form and E-Mail Contact

1. Description and Scope of Data Processing

There is a contact form on our website which can be used for electronic contact. If a user seizes this option, the data entered in the input mask will be transmitted to us and stored. This data is:

  • Name
  • First name
  • Telephone number
  • E-mail address
  • Subject
  • Your message

Your consent is obtained for the processing of the data within the scope of the sending process and reference is made to this privacy statement.

Alternatively, you can contact us via the e-mail address provided. In this case, the user’s personal data transmitted by e-mail will be stored.

In this context, the data will not be passed on to third parties. The data is used exclusively for processing the conversation.

The legal basis for the processing of data is Art. 6 para. 1 lit. a DSGVO if the user has given his / her consent.

The legal basis for the processing of data transmitted in the course of sending an e-mail is Art. 6 para. 1 lit. f DSGVO. If the e-mail contact aims at the conclusion of a contract, then additional legal basis for the processing is Art. 6 exp. 1 lit. b DSGVO.

3. Purpose of Data Processing

The processing of the personal data from the input mask serves only for contacting, resp. responding to your request. In the event of contact by e-mail, this also constitutes the necessary legitimate interest in the processing of the data.

The other personal data processed during the sending process serve to prevent misuse of the contact form and to ensure the security of our information technology systems.

4. Duration of Storage

The data will be deleted as soon as they are no longer necessary to achieve the purpose for which they were collected. For the personal data from the input mask of the contact form and those that were sent by e-mail, this is the case when the respective conversation with the user is finished. The conversation is terminated when it can be inferred from the circumstances that the facts in question have been finally clarified.

The additional personal data collected during the sending process will be deleted after a period of seven days at the latest.

5. Opt out and Elimination

The user has the possibility to revoke his / her consent to the processing of personal data at any time. If the user contacts us by e-mail, he / she can object to the storage of his / her personal data at any time. In such a case, the conversation cannot be continued.

VI. YouTube

Our website uses plugins from Google’s YouTube site. This website is operated by YouTube, LLC, 901 Cherry Ave, San Bruno, CA 94066, USA.

We use the plug-in „Embed Videos and respect privacy“ by developer Michael Zangl. According to its own statement, this plugin only establishes a connection to Youtube when the user actively clicks on the Play button. Once you watch such a video, a connection to YouTube’s servers is established. In particular, the YouTube server is informed which of our pages you have visited.

If you are logged into your YouTube account, you allow YouTube to associate your surfing behavior directly with your personal profile. You can prevent this by logging out of your YouTube account.

The use of YouTube is in the interest of an appealing presentation of our online offers. This represents a legitimate interest within the meaning of Art. 6 para. 1 lit. f DSGVO.

VII. Google Maps

This page uses the map service Google Maps via an API. The provider is Google Inc, 1600 Amphitheatre Parkway, Mountain View, CA 94043, USA.

To use the functions of Google Maps it is necessary to save your IP address. This information is usually transferred to a Google server in the USA and stored there. The provider of this site has no influence on this data transmission.

The use of Google Maps is in the interest of an appealing representation of our online offers and at an easy findability of the places indicated by us on the website. This represents a legitimate interest within the meaning of Art. 6 para. 1 lit. f DSGVO.

VIII. Social Media Plugins

We use so-called Social-Media-Buttons (also Social-Media-Plugins) on our website. These are small buttons that allow you to publish content from our website on social networks under your profile.

If you activate such a button, a connection will be established between our website and the social network. In addition to the relevant content, the operator of the social network receives further information, some of which is personal. This includes, for example, the fact that you are currently visiting our website.

The social media buttons are integrated using the so-called Shariff solution. This solution prevents a connection to a social network from being established simply because you access a page with a social media button without activating it. This means that information is not sent to the social network until you use the button.
